Refund Eligibility
You have 7 calendar days from receipt to request a return.
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- A proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds will incur a $45 restocking fee, and any shipping costs (including Shopify transaction fees) will be deducted.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be pre-approved via email. Products returned without written approval will not be processed.

Freight Damage & Lost Parcels
If shipping insurance is purchased at checkout, it covers loss, theft, or damage in transit.
Freight damage claims must be lodged within 24 hours of receiving goods.
Energy Eco is not responsible for uninsured shipments.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours. During sales or busy periods, slight delays may occur.
Express Shipping ensures your order travels via express courier once dispatched, but does not prioritise it for packing.
