I cannot speak highly enough of Energy Eco. We were advised to Google Victron solar products, which turned out to be the best advice we could have been given. Unfortunately, the road to that Google search was full of conflicting information, a lack of support, and several installers offering us a band-aid approach to our intermittent power supply. In desperation, I called Energy Eco and had the pleasure of talking to Kate on the phone. Her support & her vast product knowledge were invaluable to us. After a few discussions with Kate, she was able to get a picture of our needs and which system could be the most cost-effective and power-producing for our household. Kate and her team have been a pleasure to deal with, and now that our system has been installed, we have not looked back; we have more than enough battery storage, and our generator has remained quiet as it is not required to top up the batteries at all so far. We highly recommend Kate and EnergyEco for all their knowledge, products, and customer service; you are all awesome!
Hi, I dont do reviews on cable... Please give some peace! I am happy to review substantial purchases but not cables. Its a little ridiculous.
Change the algorithm, only ask for reviews on items over $100.
Thanks, Rod
Can't say I love it, as it does what it supposed to do. Communicate a Mppt to a cerbo. It does that, so to be fair, it is good at doing what it is meant to do.
A warranty is an extra promise provided by the seller or manufacturer in addition to your legal rights.
When you buy a product or service, this promise gives you added protection, but it does not replace your
rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are automatically entitled to consumer guarantees for a reasonable period of time,
depending on the type of goods or services.
Note: We recommend all products be installed by a licensed electrician
or qualified technician. Proper installation ensures safety, performance,
and protects your warranty.
